What is your lead time?

• There is a lead time of 4 business days for most cookies, unless noted otherwise. Note that there is a variable lead time for custom cookies. Please allow a few additional days for shipping.

What if I need cookies in a hurry?

• Please check our lead times to avoid a rush fee when planning your event and receive your order in a timely manner. If you need cookies sooner than the listed lead times, there is an additional rush fee of 50 dollars. The feasibility of rush orders will depend of the production schedule for the week. Please ask to make sure a rush order is possible when you need it.

Can I order a sample?

• Yes. There is a 12 dollar charge per cookie sample plus shipping.

Are your cookies kosher?

• Yes, we are a kosher parve company, meaning all our items are kosher and non-dairy. To view our certificate please click here. Please contact us if you have a special request for dairy items.

What if the color of my cookies doesn't come out exactly as I ordered?

• Each one of our cookies is handmade. We try our best to match the color of your choice. Please be aware there is the possibility of some slight variation.

How are your cookies packaged?

• You have an option of choosing the cookies to be wrapped individually in cello bags with a coordinating ribbon, or you can choose to have them packed flat in layers in bakery boxes. We also offer gift sets. Please see our gift set section.

Is there sales tax?

• There is no sales tax on baked goods.

Can Whimsical Confections assist us if we are placing a very large order for a wedding or other major event?

• Yes. We would love to assist you and make your experience with whimsical confections a memorable one. Please contact us with your request for a price quote and lead times. Lead times may be longer depending on the scale of the order.
